Lady in Green

There was a lady in green the other day, and I knew she had to be featured here on Grace Yourself. For those of you who know me well, you know that I love the color green. I used to express my love for the color by wearing a lot of it but over the years, the green kind of disappeared from my closet. And no, it's not because I don't like the color anymore. I realized that I like seeing the color more than dressing myself in it so I was delighted to see a beautiful young lady wearing such a beautiful color.

Caroline came to church in a gorgeous green maxi skirt with a black sweater. With it, she threw on her black cross-body purse that was very simple and plain, along with her oxfords. To accessorize this look, she put on a clean and simple necklace over the black sweater.

Sweater - Gap
Maxi skirt - Zara
Shoes - Jeffrey Campbell
Necklace - Kaitlin
Purse - Gucci

It's not too noticeable if you're standing still but there were slits on both sides of the skirt. I liked how you can kind of see the shoes but you can't really see it too well unless it's sticking out of the slit.

The Jeffrey Campbell oxfords with cut-outs were really cute with the thick and short heel that it had. It gave her a bit of a boost in height compared to just flats but they were low enough for her feet to be comfortable throughout the day. Also, the cut-outs made the oxfords look a lot more unique and I really liked the color combination.

I love how she waves her hair and how her ombre looks so natural. I'm in the process of trying to grow my hair out and I really hope my hair looks somewhat natural and give off this kind of an ombre feel.

Doesn't her outfit make you want to wear a nice green color as well?
I would definitely love to get my hands on a nice green color clothing after seeing this outfit.
