Twinning or Not

I recently did a shoot with Christine, for a couple of different reasons.
I liked my outfit consisting of a few new pieces.
I liked Christine's outfit and especially her new shoes.
And lastly, we were actually unintentionally twinning.
I know you can't tell until the very end but we were both wearing black, blush, and denim!
Keep scrolling to check both of our outfit details, and enjoy.
Just some cuts together just because. Hehe, shout out to Jane for the photos!

As you can probably tell (if you can't tell then you haven't been paying much attention HAHA), I have been really into denim jackets lately. Let's just say that I've been really into my new denim jacket, and every time I see someone wearing a denim jacket, I can't help but look at it.
Loving this bold model pose, definitely one of the more bold shots of Christine.
Her shoes were so pretty both in style and color, and the ribbon tied around the ankles create a delicately feminine look. And the color... don't even get me started. I absolutely love pink, and this blush pink color is seriously everything.
Moving on to my outfit, I realized when putting this together that I didn't get a single serious photo of my outfit with the denim jacket which was supposed to complete our twin look.
So a little secret here, which is not really a secret, I am wearing the same top as the one from my previous blog post featuring Jane. I went into Zara just with the intentions of purchasing a new pair of black pants, and couldn't help but be drawn to this shirt that was hanging on the racks. I knew instantly that it was the same one as Jane's, but I had to get it after trying it on.
This cute blush clutch I'm carrying was a part of a birthday gift from my beloved friends, and it is a little bit hard to tell just in these photos but it is a velvet clutch from BP. I was at Nordstrom with one of them this one time, and I saw and really liked it. I was actually close to buying this other one from the same brand because I really liked the design of it, but ended up not getting it because the size was smaller than the velvet one and the size of the velvet clutch was the perfect size that I wanted.
And wala, they secretly got this for me and I am absolutely in love with it!

As I have mentioned in a previous blog post, I have been on a diet for about 2 months and two weeks or so now. It's not physically super apparent yet, but I have dropped 10 pounds in 2 months and I'm so excited to continue this dieting journey. I feel like these photos came out nicer because of the fact that I have lost a bit of weight, and also because the black outfit does a good job of hiding what I want to hide. But I hope to share my dieting journey with you all for the rest of 2017 and I can't wait to see where that takes me!
Love you all, and here are some silly photos of both Christine and I before I bring this post to an end.
You can see why we were twinning right? Hehe
I hope you guys are having a fabulous week and see you again soon!

Slip On A Ruffle Sleeve

It's been a while since I've had Jane on the blog, and it makes me happy to have her back.
She's been quite busy with work lately, which made it harder for me to photograph her.
The ruffled sleeves have been the fad lately, and that's all I see whenever I walk into my favorite stores like Zara. I personally didn't feel too attracted to a lot of the shirts that I was seeing at Zara with the new fad, but something about this shirt was very eye-catching. The shirt looked so cute on her, and layering the slip on top gave a more feminine look to the overall casual outfit.

I loved the necklace and bracelet set that she paired with the outfit.
The gold metal with the red was a cute touch of pop to the outfit and I don't really know what else to say, I just really liked how she paired her jewelry with her clothes.

Who doesn't love a clean pair of white sneakers?
I sure love them. (:
